Refund policy

1. Right of Return

Customers may return items within 14 days after receiving the goods. Any return request made after this period will be rejected. The return must be shipped within this 14-day timeframe.

2. Condition of Returned Items

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in perfect resale condition, with all original tags and labels fully attached. Returns showing signs of wear, damage, odor, washing, or alterations, or returns with removed tags, will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

3. Return Shipping Costs & Responsibility

The customer bears full responsibility for return shipping costs. We do not cover return shipping fees under any circumstances and do not provide return labels. The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the return shipment reaches us safely. We are not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments.

4. Approved Shipping Methods

Returns must be shipped exclusively via insured shipping services using DHL, DPD, UPS, or GLS. All other shipping providers cannot be accepted. Returns sent via untracked or uninsured shipping methods will not be accepted. Customers are required to retain proof of shipment and tracking information until the return process is fully completed.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued no later than 30 days after the returned item has arrived at our facility and has been carefully inspected. Refunds will only be processed once we have confirmed that the returned item meets all return conditions. Refunds will be made exclusively to the original payment method used at checkout. We do not offer refunds to alternative accounts or payment methods.

6. Missing or Delayed Refunds

If no refund has been received after the stated processing period, customers must contact our support team via email at info@borntoolate-btl.com. Please include your order number and tracking information in all inquiries.

8. Exclusions & Final Notes

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this return policy. Unauthorized returns, insufficiently packaged items, or returns sent to an incorrect address will not be processed. This policy applies to all purchases unless stated otherwise in writing.
