Shipping policy
1. Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped exclusively via DHL to ensure reliable, insured, and trackable
delivery. We do not offer alternative shipping carriers.
2. Fulfillment Time
Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 3–5 business days before being shipped. During periods of high order volume, including but not limited to Black Friday, sales events, and the holiday season, fulfillment times may extend up to 14 days. These processing times are estimates and not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been fulfilled and handed over to DHL, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.
4. Shipping Responsibility & Delivery
Once the shipment has been handed over to DHL, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer, in accordance with applicable law. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
5. Customs, Duties & Import Fees
For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are determined solely by the local customs authorities of the destination country and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. The customer is fully responsible for all customs-related charges and any delays resulting from customs clearance.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for delays, non-delivery, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details. Any reshipment costs due to address errors will be charged to the customer.
7. Unclaimed or Refused Shipments
Shipments that are refused, unclaimed, or returned to us due to customer-related reasons may be subject to additional handling and shipping fees. These costs may be deducted from any potential refund.
